Personal Information Collection Statement

This statement applies when you create an account or submit an enquiry. The collector is alexsantos.ie, Ireland, the operator of Quantica Legal.

Purposes and required information

We use your information to create accounts, verify identity, provide and administer the service, respond to enquiries and protect service security. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed for the relevant request; without them we may be unable to create your account or respond. Organisation information and consent to product emails are voluntary.

Classes of transferees and locations

Information may be handled by authorised service administrators, database and sign-in providers (Supabase, Singapore), hosting providers (Vercel, application region Singapore with global content delivery), and email providers (Resend, Tokyo sending region, United States and its providers’ locations). We may disclose information to professional advisers or competent authorities where legally required. See the Privacy Policy for international-transfer details.

Direct marketing

Only if you separately opt in will we use your name and email for Quantica Legal product updates and service news. We do not provide personal data to other organisations for their direct marketing. You may ask us by email to stop sending product messages at no cost.

Access and correction

Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you may request access to and correction of your personal data. Send requests to our privacy contact at hello@quanticalegal.com. We may verify your identity and will respond in accordance with the law. GDPR rights also apply where relevant.
